Stakeholder analysis is the process of identifying and understanding your organisation or project's stakeholders.

Have a pre-meeting with the meetings’ key stakeholders. Ensure that you all agree on the meeting objectives.
Put together research results, and other information/data, that will serve as stimuli, input to the meeting.
Since you and the participants will use your devices for taking notes, ranking, and so on, no materials such as sharpies, post-its and flip charts are required. But you need a shared screen, like a projector or a TV. And of course, you need a venue, an appropriate place where you hosting your meeting.
