Keep your platform open, but only to people with the right email addresses

Using email registration is the most common method for user registration on Svava. It is an easy way to have users sign up, but it also technically allow everyone with an email to sign up. Depending on your type of business, keeping email registration but limiting it to just a few domains could be the best way forward for you.

It is super easy, just follow these simple steps:
  1. Log into your Svava platform with an Admin account.
  2. Open the Admin panel by clicking your profile image.
  3. Locate Site settings and click it.
  4. Scroll down until you see the option “ONLY APPROVED E-MAIL DOMAINS MAY REGISTER”, check the box to the right of it.
  5. A new option should appear below it, “VALID E-MAIL DOMAINS”. Type the domain (for example ideahunt.io, gmail.com etc) and press enter. You can add as many as you want.
  6. Scroll down and click “Update” at the bottom of the page.

From now on, only users with an email adress from the approved domains can register as users on your platform.
